Why is physical activity important to learning?

Physical activity is associated with enhanced academic achievement and cognitive functioning. Just a few minutes of physical activity can enhance a child’s engagement with learning – it contributes to improved concentration, behaviour and self-esteem.

Super Movers will help schools achieve government guidelines of a recommended 30 minutes of daily physical activity.

How does Super Movers fit with Premier League Primary Stars?

Super Movers complements the Premier League Primary Stars programme to inspire and motivate pupils.  Premier League and professional football clubs use Super Movers content as part of their in-school support.
