About the programme
This programme has been developed in partnership with the National Literacy Trust, supported by teachers and magazine professionals from BBC Match Of the Day Magazine, Girl Talk and MEGA Magazines. It is designed to engage your pupils, improve attitudes to writing, and support pupils’ writing confidence and skills. The programme supports the delivery of the statutory requirements for English Programme of Study in the English and Welsh curricula and is suitable for Upper KS2 pupils.

The Premier League Magazine Team programme comprises of 10 flexible programme sessions, or Fixtures, including a range of fun activities for pupils. The pack includes online PowerPoint lesson plans, PDF worksheets and videos featuring magazine professionals providing their top tips on how to create the perfect magazine article.
