[INTRO MUSIC *I KNOW, TOGETHER WE'RE STRONGER*]

>> DANIEL: One stopwatch, there's twenty-two bibs...
thirty cones.

>> FARA: Hi, Dan, what are you doing?

>> DANIEL: I'm trying to get all these equipment ready for a football festival.

>> FARA: Well, why you?

>> DANIEL: 'Cause our team has been put in charge of the equipment for the day. And it's all got to be taken to the sports ground.

>> FARA: Well, where are your teammates?

>> DANIEL: Well, not here.

>> FARA: Well, why don't you ask them to come and help? It's too much for one person to do.

>> DANIEL: You really think they'll come now?

>> FARA: I'm sure we can convince them. Teamwork and working together is a much better way of getting things done. And here's why.

>> GIRL 1: Well, so when you are in the team, it's a lot easier to do things, but it also challenges you.

>> BOY 1: I love working in a team because you can have fun and have a laugh with your teammates.

>> DANIEL: But how can we get people to work together?

>> FARA: Well, it's all about talking, agreeing, and coming to an understanding.

>> ALEX: To be a great team, you, kind of, got to get along. You got to kind of have that friendship and that bond because, you know, you need to rely on your teammates to help you through things when things ain't always going so good.

>> TIM: If someone has a good idea, make sure you encourage, support their ideas.

>> BOY 1: Everybody have their own streak, weakness, and strength. So I just say...If I just say, if I make a mistake, I just say, when you loose a ball just get the ball back and try again.

>> WES: You know, it's not easy being a captain sometimes. You know, the boys are always on your case making or asking you to try and get stuff sorted and make things happen. So it is that side of it, but there's the other side where, you know, you have to make sure that boys are always on their job. Make sure they're always, you know, not slacking or not trying to cut corners, and you just stay on top of them especially in games, you need to make sure everyone's at it, everyone's doing their job, and you know it's all about trying to get the right result, and it takes everyone to do that.

>> HEDVIG: I think that quality skills and attributes to make a good team is first and foremost that you all agree on the common goal. And it can be any type of group and you have a common goal that you have to achieve it together. And if you have that, it's a good foundation to create a really good team.

>> DANIEL: That was great. Each team in all the different age groups was working really hard.

>> FARA: And that's how we're going to get this football festival going. Come on, let's go and find our teams.

>> JAMIE + ISMAEL: - Be inspiring.

- Be connected.

- Be fair.
